Independence Visitor Center

The Independence Visitor Center, a privately operated facility in partnership with the National Parks Service, is the gateway to historic Philadelphia and its many surrounding area attractions. It is truly a destination for millions of visitors to the Philadelphia area. Event Network, selected following a national RFP process, operates an extremely busy store (and soon-to-open secondary location in the Center) that presents a tremendously diverse assortment of everything from the Revolutionary War to historical Philadelphia and other regionally-themed merchandise. Results have far surpassed what the previous operator achieved.
