Cleveland Metroparks Zoo

The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is home to the largest collection of primate species in North America—with more than 3,000 animals representing 600+ species. It is also a gorgeous botanical garden and its Rainforest Exhibit is one of the finest in the world. In late 2007, Event Network was selected by Cleveland Metroparks to be its long-term retail partner at the Zoo following a lengthy national RFP process. Consistent with other locations where e|n operates, results have been exceptional (huge per capita sales increases) and our partner is thrilled. In addition to operating several stores (improvements to the primary Zoo Store continue in 2009), e|n handles stroller rentals and other ancillary revenue sources (e.g., penny smashing, face painting, etc) on behalf of the Zoo.
