We are Listeners.

We collaborate through every step when transitioning a retail business from self-operation or from another third party to Event Network. Central to our transition process is our proactive approach to listening and our care for incumbent team members interested in joining the Event Network family. 

Through open channels of communication, engaging Town Hall introduction meetings, and a clear explanation of who we are and how we operate, our Transitions Team cultivates an environment where ideas are exchanged, concerns are addressed, and visions are aligned. 

This inclusive approach forms the cornerstone of a successful transition. There is a sense of trust and collaboration with our new partners and team members as we transform spaces through visual enhancements, new products, enhanced guest service training, and even complete store remodels!  

With every transition, we recognize the importance of preserving the unique identity of the attraction while bringing our retail expertise to maximize the revenue potential of each partnership.
